私は○○で携帯電話を購入したが送られてきたものは全て
注文品とは異なるものだった。
私は代替品を送るように要求したが彼らはこれを無視した。
彼らは「全て返品してくれ。そうすれば返金に応じる」の一点張り
なので私は指示通りの住所へ購入品を全て返品した。
（彼らがそれらを受け取った事はトラッキングナンバーから確認済み）
が、彼らは一向に返金に応じてくれない。
今現在、コチラからの返金要求は全て無視されている。

Although I bought mobile phones at ○○all items sent were different from my request.
I asked alternative items, but they neglected.
They only said "If you return all items we will refund".
So I returned all items to the address they specofied.
(I confirmed they had received from the tracking number.)
But they didn't correspond to the refund.
All requests from me are neglected status quo.
