サービスの変更・廃止
当社は、その判断によりサービスの全部または一部を事前の通知なく、適宜変更・廃止できるものとします。

準拠法、管轄裁判所
本規約に関して紛争が生じた場合、当社本店所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

免責事項
通信回線やコンピュータなどの障害によるシステムの中断・遅滞・中止・データの消失、データへの不正アクセスにより生じた損害、その他当社のサービスに関して利用者に生じた損害について、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。

Change and abolition of service
Our company may change and abolish at its convenience whole or part of the service by our decision without prior notification.

Governing law and Jurisdiction
If there arises a dispute in respect with this contract, we agree that all the disputes shall be exclusively brought in the district court which has jurisdiction of location of main office of our company for the first instance.

Exemption
Our company shall not be liable for suspension, delay and stopping of the system as well as loss of data due to breakdown of communication circuit and computer, etc., damage caused as a result of illegal access to data and damage caused for users in respect with our service at all.
