Additional info: ワンピースを購入しましたが1サイズ大きなものが届いてしまいました。返品するので返金して欲しいという内容で一度メールをしましたが、ドレスのお直し代として一部返金の提案をされています。

返金はreturn the payment ではなく、Refundのほうがよろしいかと。Returnは返品に使うことが多いです。以上、ご参考まで。
