確認させてもらいたいのですが、AAによりA社でなくC社に責任が生じるのは、AAが有効である期間に限られるのでしょうか？我々が懸念しているのは、C社が活動を終え、AAが終了した後に、過去のC社の活動が原因となって環境問題等が生じる場合です。ご存知だと思いますが、環境問題は時間が経ってから生じる場合があります。このような場合にもA社が責任を負わないような方法はありますか？

I want to confirm. Is reason of the fact that AA makes not A but C be responsible is that effective period of AA is limited?

We are concerned about the case where C's activity in the past causes a problem of environment etc. after C completes the activity and AA finishes it.

As you know, an environmental problem sometimes occurs long after it. In such a case, do we have a way that A is not responsible for?
