your subject is not consistent (I, our). There are questions in the original text that became statements in the translation. The final sentence indicates that the sender wants to know what is the role of the post office and not "how responsible' they are. =)

As far as I can see, only two actual questions were asked in the text, and they were properly reflected in the translation.

Your correction in the last sentence is simply a solution in search of a problem and a distinction without a difference. I promise you there is simply no meaningful difference between your translation and mine, even if you attempt to explain whatever differences can be found between "how responsible" and "the responsibility."
