今回の問題について、弊社の状況をご説明いたします。

問題のほとんどは、商品の到着が遅い、または商品が到着しないということですが、これは商品の到着日設定に問題があることが原因の一つです。
弊社は発送方法に日本郵便を使用していますが、STANDARD　SHIPPINGの場合国際小包での発送となります。この発送方法だと、到着までに5日~14日かかりますので、設定期間をすぎる場合があります。
この到着予定日の設定変更を試みているのですが、そのやり方が分かりません。

Please let us explain what the situation is with us.

Most of the problems are because of the delayed or no arrival of the items. One of the reasons for this is that there is a problem with arrival date setting.
We use Japan Post for shipping. We ship items by international parcel post for STANDARD SHIPPING and it takes about 5 – 14 days to arrive. This sometimes causes excess of set period.
We are trying to change the setting of estimated arrival date, but we are not sure how to do it.
