そちらに到着いたしました、の部分は、You have received the returned products on the 18th. でもいいかもしれません。Thereというと、日本語では「そこ、そちら」ですが、メッセージの受け側としては、わかりづらいのかと思います。以上、僭越ながらコメントさせていただきました。
