The breakdown list attached to the package indicated the total of 3 cases and it’s also indicated the 7 pieces of golf clubs.
This means that there is breakdown list of items in 3 cases which I have made the payment, the 1 case with 7 pieces of golf clubs has not been delivered to me.

The DHL has emphasized that they did not pick up 3 cases but only 2 cases so the MyUS should be totally responsible on this issue.
So, I want to know where those golf clubs are now?
And, when those will be delivered to me?
Has the payment I made for this order included the amount of golf clubs and the taxes?

included the amount and the taxes ではなく、tax はもう払ったので当然included であるが、そのtaxは届いていないゴルフクラブの代金も含んだ金額で計算されたものなのか、と聞いているのです。
「３つピックアップしたんじゃなくて２つ」という言い方ですが、逆ではないかと思います。「２つだけピックアップしたが３つじゃない」
