私が購入した商品がそちらで発送されたようなのですが、トラッキングナンバーを入力しても追跡ができません。
販売者からは配送業者が荷物をなくしたか、盗まれたかもしれないといっているのですが、そちらで調査はしていただいているのでしょうか？
