Sorry for the difficulty. Unfortunately, UPS will not initiate a claim for the C32 having being damaged in shipment until they have a chance to inspect it. Then it can be returned to me and I can refund your money. All that is need is for someone be at the place where the C32 is located to have a UPS rep inspect the unit. A phone number, for that ocation, can be forwarded via e-mail and I will give it to UPS. I too am anxious to get this matter resolved.
