As a rule Stop Losses are executed on stated price, but during abnormal conditions (on important news for example) Stop loss can be executed on different price.

During Abnormal Market Conditions, Orders may be filled at a different price from the price that is stated. The price at which the Order is filled shall be determined by market conditions.

原則として、ストップ・ロスは設定いただいた金額にて実行されますが、正常な状況下にない場合(重大な経済ニュースの発表時など)には、ストップ・ロスが設定とは異なる金額にて実行されることがあります。

不安定な市場状況の間は、ストップ・ロス・オーダーが設定金額とは異なる金額にて行われることがあり、実施される金額は市況によって判断されます。
