As a rule Stop Losses are executed on stated price, but during abnormal conditions (on important news for example) Stop loss can be executed on different price.

During Abnormal Market Conditions, Orders may be filled at a different price from the price that is stated. The price at which the Order is filled shall be determined by market conditions.

ルールとしてストップロス（損切り注文）は設定された金額で実行されますが、異常な状況下（例えば、重要なニュースがあったとき）では、設定された金額でなくてもストップロスが実施されます。

異常なマーケット状況の下では、設定された金額とは違った金額でオーダーが完了することがあります。オーダー完了の金額はマーケットの状況で決定されます。
