実はハードケースの在庫確認にミスがありました。現在、ハードケースについては商品在庫を切らしており、確認したところ問屋にもメーカーにも1点も在庫がありません。

これから制作をしますと10月末に商品が完成し、お客様へのお届けは11月上旬になりそうです。

お待ち頂けるのであれば、至急、商品制作の指示をメーカーに行います。
もし、お待ち頂くのが難しければ、商品代金を返金いたします。
ご希望をご返信ください。

I am writing to you regarding shipment of the item.

We found out we had made a mistake on confirming the stock of hard cases. They are currently out of stock, and we confirmed they are out of stock at the wholesaler and manufacturer as well.

If we start manufacture the hard case now, it would be finished at the end of October and will be delivered to you in the beginning of November.

If you could kindly wait until then, we would promptly direct the manufacturer to work at once. If it would be difficult to wait, we would refund you the payment.
Please let us know which you would prefer.

We will ship out the guitar strap tomorrow.
