melocyでは、あなたの作曲したオリジナル曲も、市販のCDやボーカロイド曲のような既存曲も、 ご自分で演奏して(歌って)投稿いただくことができます。

しかし、CDを流しながら/iPodの曲を流しながら/動画プレイヤーを再生しながら、 その音にあわせて歌うなどして録音すると、元の曲がまざって録音されてしまいます。
このように元の曲がまざって録音された曲を投稿することは、権利的に認められていません。
どうか、ご自分の演奏や歌だけで、または他の方の投稿に重ねて録音してみてください。

At molocy, you can perform(sing) an original song composed by you,CD and existing song such as Vocaloid song as well as post them.

But if you try to record along with the sound while listening to CD and song of iPad, original song is also recorded with them.
The right of posting the song, which is recorded with original song, like this case, is not permitted.
Please post only by your performance and song. Or record while other is posting.
