前職で新人や顧客満足度の低いスタッフを教育してきた経験を生かし、専門的な知識を正確にお客様に伝えるだけでなく、会話によってお客様に喜びと感動を与えることができるような人材を多く育てたい。一人一人が自ら学び、自ら成長できるような仕組みをつくりたい。

地域で開催された接客力と獲得契約数を競うコンテストで2回、1位になった。
顧客満足度が高く(平均90%)、最上位資格の「チーフ」という役職を得た。
新人や、顧客満足度の低いスタッフのトレーニングを担当。

I have experience that I had trained new employee and staff who could not satisfy customer in previous job, and I will precisely convey the specialized knowledge to customer with this experience and train many staff who can give pleasure and strong impression to customer through the conversation as well. I will create team in which the staff can learn by themselves and advance their skill.

I won the first prize twice in the local contest in which customer attendant skill and the number of inked contract were competed. I always win high customer satisfaction (Average 90%) and held the post of “Chief”—the highest ranked capacity. I am in charge of training of new employee and the employee who cannot satisfy customer enough.
