i would like to suggest the topic of exploration for the session. that way it will take the burden off of you, Tomoko-san. and then if the group continues i can suggest coordinated themes as you all continue to work. then you don't have to worry about being or not seeming like you are the leader.

the finishing time is, i guess, dependent on when you begin and how long you have the space.
are you renting a space and is everyone coming going to contribute to the cost?
how much time will you have there?
and yes, ringing a bell at the finishing time would be nice.
