コンセプトが非常に面白い作品だと思います。
コンセプトは「秘密組織のメンバーが大真面目にギャルゲーをやっていたら」です。なんかこう聞くとダメな大人な感じがでてますけど、「大真面目にギャルゲーやってる人が実は秘密組織の一員だった」って聞くとすごくかわいくいとおしく聞こえてしまうのは気のせいでしょうか。
まあそんなことはおいといて、謎の生命体・精霊の出現によりおこる大災害「空間震」が発生するようになって約30年たった世界が舞台です。

Well, just leave it there; it is a story about the world 30 years after striking of the disaster “Great Atmospheric Oscillation” due to consequences of appearing unknown living system and spirits
