今回注文した商品ですが、新品のつもりで注文をしたのですが、この製品はfactory Refurbishedか？
そうであれば返品をしたい

これ、数量間違えてない？

というのもまったく同じ内容のパッケージが別番号であるんだけど、そっちは2個で確認してほしいパッケージと同じ重量になっている。

Didn't you make mistake with the number of items?

For instance, I see there is a package with the same detail with a different No. It says two items but the weight is the same as the package I want you to check.
