Additional info: 購入した腕時計の状態が良くなかったので返品をお願いするメールです。

本日腕時計を受け取りました。
しかしガラスに細かい傷があり、ガラス内部にも小さなゴミのような物が多数見受けられます。
ベゼルにも若干傷があり、とても新品には見えません。
また保証書もありませんでした。
可能ならば返品をしたいのですが返品はできますか？
それとまだ発送をしていないAACとAADの発送をお願い致します。
