不良品を返品するのに、なぜこちらが送料を負担しなければならないのでしょうか?
機械に破損がなければ、その費用は発生しないのですよ?
返品する時に送料を負担する責任があるのは貴社です。
貴社が発送前にしっかりと検品しているなら、輸送中の事故ということですか?
では、郵送会社へ費用請求するべきではないですか?
買い手に費用を負担させるなど、納得がいきません。

Why should I bear the shipping charge to return the defective product?
