You may wish to bring a sweater or slippers as it is cool in the surgery rooms. Do not wear a pull over shirt... wear a button up. If you have solid gray or salt & pepper hair you will need to dye the hair either a brown or black the day before surgery. In addition, it is very important that you eat a meal prior to your scheduled appointment and do not drink caffeinated or carbonated drinks.

手術室は寒いのでセーターやスリッパをお持ちになると良いかと思います。プルオーバー(前開きでないシャツ)は着ないでください・・・ボタンアップを着てください。ソリッドグレーもしくはごま塩の髪の場合、手術の前日に髪の毛を茶もしくは黒に染める必要があります。さらに予約時間前に食事されること、そしてカフェインや炭酸飲料は飲まないことはとても重要です。
