また私がebayからメッセージを送ったときも、あなたが送ってくれた商品ページのURLにも「ライナー付き」と記載がありました。
この時点でライナーなしの商品が届くとは思えません。
本来ならあなたは無償でライナーを私に提供するべきではないでしょうか？
残念ですが、商品は返品したいと思います。

あとpaypalの異議申し立て期間が迫っているので、念のためpaypalに申告しようと思います。

Upon quotation, there was no note sayint there is no liner.
Also when i sent you message through ebay, and your item URL also says "With liner".
It is hard to believe the item without liner arrices.
Isnt it adequate doe you to provide me a liner with free of charge?
Unfortunately i am going to return the item.
