返信遅くなって申し訳ない。
少し出張に出ていてメールチェックできませんでした。

さて、我々は***に招待されて＝＝＝＝というアートインスタレーションを作ることになった。
招待と言っても出展料が無料と言うだけで制作費は我々が出すのだけれど。

このプロジェクトは私が最終的には組立てるのだけれど、日本から持っていく訳にも行かないので、現地で先行してパーツを作ってもらえる人を探しています。

I'm very sorry for the late reply.
I was out on a small business trip and didn't check my email.

We have been invited to *** and it has been arranged for us to build an art installation called ====.
Although I say invited, there is no exhibit fee but we must put out the production costs.

For this project we are doing the final construction but it cannot be brought from Japan so I am going ahead and searching for local people who can build the parts.
