しかし私は黒の商品を注文しましたが、赤が届きました。
日本からデンマークまで商品を交換してもらうには高い送料が掛かるので、
商品を交換しない代わりに、
次回の注文で10%割引して頂けないでしょうか？

English

I have received the goods I had ordered.
However, they were in red although I asked for in black.
Since it'll be expensive to send them back to Denmark for an exchange, could you give me a 10% discount for the next order instead?
