荷物番号○○と▲▲の送料について質問です。この2つは10月中に発送依頼をしました。しかし25% Shipping Discountがされていません。これはなぜですか？25％の送料を私のアカウントに戻していただけますでしょうか？お返事お待ちしています。
10月に依頼しても11月に発送がされていれば割引きが適用されないとうことについては理解しました。それであれば荷物番号■■は10月に発送がされていますけど25% Shipping Discountがされていません。
I have a question about shipping fee for package ○○ and ▲▲. I requested these two to be shipped in October. But the 25% shipping discount is not applied. Why is this happening? Can you please return 25% of the shipping fee to my account? I will be waiting for your reply.
I understand that even if I requested shipping in October, if it's shipped in November then the shipping will not be applied. If that's the case, then package number ■■ was shipped in October but the 25% shipping discount also isn't applied.
