HelloYes, I initiated the insurance claim thru ebay's shipsaver insurance. You will be refunded thru my paypal account and the insurance will pay me after that. The insurance co will need a form filled out by you and they may need a photo and or other info. Please wait to ship until after the insurance co makes any requests from you. That should come today or tommorow at the latest.Are you sure you want to return it, as the shipping fee to return is not refundable?. Also, could you email me the photo(s) of the damage.
