部員全員が共通の考えとするために、わかりやすくする必要があると思いました。そこで、ジョンソンの「我が信条」を参考とし、チアリーディング部の「我が信条」を作りました。第一は観客への責任。私たちは演技を向上させ、安定した演技を提供できるよう、後輩を育成し、チアリーディングの演技を見てもらえる機会を提供します。第二は部員への責任。部員が安全に活動し、授業への責任を果たせるよう配慮すること。能力を向上できるトレーニングを提供します。最後のまとめとしてAとBの行きつく先はーでした

I thought it needed to be something easy to understand for it to be a common idea among all team members. So I developed a cheerleading team’s “credo“, referring to Johnson’s “Our Credo”. First is a responsibility to audiences. We provide people opportunity to see cheerleading by developing juniors and by improving and providing stable performance. Second is a responsibility to team members. We consider their safety in activities and responsibility at the classes. We are to provide training opportunities so that they can improve their abilities. In the end, where A and B were going was one thing.
