支払った金額と同じ金額でしか請求書が、発行できないという事でしょうか。前回支払った金額と請求書は、違います。
請求書を発行する前であれば、前回納品した商品の未入荷によるディスカウント金額を請求書に記載することは、
できるということでいうことでしょうか。
また、商品代金の支払いは、前回納品した商品のクレームによるディスカウント金額を引いた金額を送金しました。

Do you mean the amount on invoice needs to match the amount I pay? In last time, the amount I paid was different from the amount on the invoice.
Or do you mean it is possible to state the amount of discount on invoice, if the invoice is not issued yet, for not shipping everything the last time?
Also, regarding the payment for the items, last time I remitted the amount that reflected the discount for the problem on shipped products. Could you issue the invoice that states the value of the discount?
