ユーザーの方から『音声メッセージ、音声スタンプの音が聞こえない！！』という問い合わせをいただきましたので音声の聞き方についてのご案内です。
◆音声メッセージ、音声スタンプを聞く際の注意点は下記の通りです。
①端末のマナーモードを解除してください。
マナーモードの際は外へ音がでないようになっております。マナーモードでもヘッドフォンをお使いいただければ聞くことができます。
②端末の音量をあげてください。

We've listened to our customers saying they are having trouble hearing the audio on messages and voice stamps, so we would like to explain how to listen to audio.
* When listening to voice messages or voice stamps, please keep the following points in mind.
1) Make sure your device is not in silent mode.
When in silent mode sounds are prevented from being played. However, even in silent mode you can hear the audio if you use headphones.
2) Raise the volume of your device.
音量が下がっているととても聞きにくいので、聞く際は音量をあげていただけますと鮮明に聞こえます。
お子さんの声を吹き込んで仕事をがんばっているお父さんに送ったり、友達のお祝いや励まし、面白い声を送ったり、いろんな使い方ができますので是非お試しください。
When the device volume is too low it can be hard to hear, so when listening please raise the volume and you should be able to hear clearly.
