This chart is used to judge whether or not inspection is needed based on the noncompliant risk level and defec rate.
This example shows that a case where inspection should be continued even though the defect rate is low.
On the other hand, a case where the number of cycles is outside of the inspection standards, if parts are usable, inspection can be discontinued as long as defects do not occur frequently.
This chart only has one of many defective cases, so I made a specific chart on every noncompliant case.
The graph compares the time took to conduct inspection by the past procedures and the time of the new inspection method.
