確かに荷物を11パッケージ受け取りましたが、Dyson AM04は青6台、白6台しかなかったです。荷物はインボイスの通り着きました。インボイスのHeatersと書かれている部分を見てください。6台としか書かれていません。残りの4台は受け取っていません。そちらにあるはずなので確認してください。
It is true that I received eleven packages, but there were only six blue and six white Dyson AM04. The packages arrived like on the invoice. Please look at the part of the invoice that is written Heaters. Only six are written. I did not receive the remaining for. There should be over there so please confirm this.
