確かに荷物を11パッケージ受け取りましたが、Dyson AM04は青6台、白6台しかなかったです。荷物はインボイスの通り着きました。インボイスのHeatersと書かれている部分を見てください。6台としか書かれていません。残りの4台は受け取っていません。そちらにあるはずなので確認してください。

I have surely received 11 packages. However there were only 6 Dyson AM04 blue and 6 white. Invoice matches to the included items. Please refer to the Heaters written on the invoice. It says 6 units only. I did not receive remaining 4 units that I ordered. Please check at your side because those must be still there.
