注文した商品が届きましたが、破損していました。
注文した商品が届き開封してみたところ15個中2個が壊れていました。この商品はＩＰＡＤをケース内にはめ込んで固定するので、写真のように広がってしまうと不安で使いいにくくなります。
返品も考えましたが、今この商品を日本に持ってきているので、日本からの発送量に＄○○かかるのであきらめました。そこで全額とは言いませんがいくらか返金したいただきたいと思いメールいたしました。よろしくお願いいたします。

The item I ordered has arrived, but it was broken.
When I opened the box that arrived, I found 2 of 15 items were broken.
This item is used to fix an iPad inside the case, so if the item gets wider as shown on the photo, it would have difficulty in use, which will bring users uneasiness.
I thought of returning them, but I am bringing them into Japan already, which means returning will cost me ○○ USD of a shipping charge, so I gave up returning.
So, I am writing to you because I would like you to refund partly because they are broken -- the refund is not necessarily the whole amount.

When I opened the package, I saw that 2 of the 15 items were damaged. The iPad is supposed to fit snugly in the case, but as you can see in the photo, it has expanded and that would make it unstable and difficult to use.
