さて、我々は***に招待されて＝＝＝＝というアートインスタレーションを作ることになった。
招待と言っても出展料が無料と言うだけで制作費は我々が出すのだけれど。

紹介されたウェブ上の記事等。
このプロジェクトは私が最終的には組立てるのだけれど、日本から持っていく訳にも行かないので、現地で先行してパーツを作ってもらえる人を探しています。

I'm sorry for the late response.
I've been away on business and couldn't check the email.
And now, we are invited to *** and make art installation called ====.
When I say invited, only the cost of exhibition is free and we need to pay for the cost of production.
I have uploaded the details below.
These are the articles introduced on the website.
I will build this project eventually but I cannot bring it from Japan so I'm looking for someone who can make parts in the local area beforehand.

I couldn't reply to you because I was on a business trip.
Well, we were invited by *** and have to make an art installation called =====.
It is an invitation but we still have to pay for our production although the exhibition fee is free.
