本体のラバーコーティングが溶けてベタベタ
本体表面は特にひどい状態です。

I received the item.
One of the two items I received is in terribly bad condition.
The exterior box is quite damaged.
There's no sticker with a serial number.
The rubber coating of the body is melted and sticky.
The surface of the body is really terrible.
I'd like to request a refund. Please let me know the return procedure via email.

The outer case is damaged, not attached with the serial number label, and touchy-feely with the coated rubber of the body melting.
The body surface condition is far worse.
