1. The product has not arived but when I looked at the tracking information it looks like it hasn't gone to Japan and went to Auckland, New Zealand. Could you find out for me how this happened? I'd like you to find out too if it will really be delivered to my address in Japan.

1) Though the item hasn’t arrived yet, it may be delivered to Auckland in New Zealand but not to Japan when I saw the tracking record. Could you please research the cause? I would like you to research also weather it will be delivered to my address in Japan or not.
