もし、彼女がリードとして、十分ではないならば、私は彼女を、Tの0365 MS のSDMとして、アサインするつもりです。その場合、彼女は通常のManagerと同じ、1%のC%ターゲットを設定したいと思います。
現時点では、MSリードとして期待しているため、3%としています。評価の結果、彼女のC%ターゲットは変わるかもしれません。

If she has an ability to proceed MS lead, I would like to expect her to achieve C% which is same with Lead.
If she is not enough as Lead, I will assign her as SDM for T's 0365 MS.
In that case, I will set C% target of 1% which is same with normal manager.
At this moment, I put 3% because of expectation as MS lead. Her C% target may be changed after evaluation.
