Company - Influencer Contract
{Name} , henceforth known as "Influencer" and {Manufacturer}, henceforth known as
"Company," enter into this agreement of representation on {date}.
Influencer will represent the Company in promoting the Comany’s product for a period of
{minimum PERIOD, thereafter one month rolling contract}, beginning on the date this
contract is signed.
Furthermore, the Influencer and Company agree to these provisions:
Influencer will use his/her best efforts to engage in the promotion and sale of

企業-インフルエンサー契約{Name}様、今後は「インフルエンサー」及び{Manufacttre}とし、{date}以降本同意の代表「企業」とする。
インフルエンサーは本契約締結以降から{minimum PERIOD, thereafter one month rolling contract}までの期間、弊社製品の販売促進における代表企業となる。
さらに、インフルエンサーと弊社は下記項目を供給することに同意する。
