From our past interactions, you seem nothing but repeating insincere support and response one after another in order to avoid the sanctions to be given from E's system due to your own crime of omission. First, you provided a false tracking number to me despite the additional charge I paid for the tracking service. In the description the merchandise was shipped from HongKong, you insisted it was shipped from Netherland. The item did not get delivered even past the expected delivery date and you do not agree to repay with various excuses every time I ask for your explanation. If you really have shipped the item, you should have some kind of evidence such as a postal tag.
