もし箱が開封済であれば注文のキャンセルをお願いします。
「item specifics」の「Condition」には「unopened」と記載されていますので、箱は未開封でなければなりません。もし、開封済であれば「Condition」を「New Other」にするか、
タイトルや説明に記載すべきだと思います。

I think it should be unopened because [unopened] is mentioned on it. If it is already opend, you should record it as [new other], not [condition], or you should state the condition of the item on a title or an explanation.
