編集ソフトをあなたのパソコンにインストールして動作確認までしてから送り返します。送り返す際にかかる送料は御社でご負担下さい。編集ソフト、データのみのサポートになります。日本で確認できていないデータについてはサポートできません。もし解析が必要な場合は１解析につき、5万円かかります。またマニュアルは、前のものを参考にして下さればわかるはずですので、おつけいたしません。もしこれ用のマニュアルが必要なら日本語から英語に翻訳するのにかなり手間がかかるため別途費用がかかります。

I will install the software for editing in your personal computer and check how it works. After that, I will return it to you. Would your company pay for the shipping charge required when returning it? I will support only the software for editing and data. I cannot support the data that is not checked in Japan. If you need it to be analyzed, it is 50,000 Yen for each analysis. As for manual, as you can understand if you use the previous one for reference, I will not attach it. If you need the manual for it, we have to translate from Japanese into English and it is quite a work. In addition, we have to pay for it.

We will install editor software on your compute and check operation before sending it back to you. Please bear the return shipping cost at your side. We only support editor software and data. We cannot support data which is not checked in Japan. In case analysis is necessary, we charge 50,000 JPY per analysis. Also, we do not provide instruction manual as you can figure things out using previous one as reference. If you need instruction manual for this, it takes a lot of time to translate it from Japanese to English, so separate cost incurs.
