荷物が送られてきましたが、箱の右側に封がされておらず、中が空でした。配送時に中が無くなったか、最初から入れ忘れていたのか不明ですが、再度の発送、または返金処理等の速やかな対応をお願い致します。
送られてきた箱には、UNSEALED, WITHOUT CONTENTS のラベルが貼られております。

The package was sent to me, but the right side of the package was open and it was empty. I am not really sure if it was lost in transit or it was not packed from the beginning, but anyway please do something about it immediately, either sending it again or making a refund, etc.

The package was delivered, but the right side of the box was not sealed and there was nothing inside. I am not sure if the content got lost during the transportation or you simply forgot to put it inside from the beginning, regardless I kindly ask you to take a prompt action such as to re-send the item or to make a refund process.
