The figure is defective - it had a torn shoulder joint. The arms fell off after removing the figure from the packaging. Since it was sold as new, this may be a manufacturer defect, but it feels like the figure was opened, played with, broken, then sold as new for a higher price. I would like a full refund - I am very unhappy with this product and will need to purchase a new figure. If the seller is willing to pay for shipping + customs, I am willing to return it, however I would prefer a full refund and to keep the figure.
このフィギャーは不良品です。肩の繋ぎ部が壊れています。パッケージからフィギャーを取り出した時両腕は抜け落ちました。これは新品として売り出されたので製造者の不備かもしれませんが、フィギャーは開封されて使用され壊れてしまい、新品として高い値段で売られたように思われます。私はこの製品は嫌で、新しいフィギャーが必要なので、全額払い戻しして欲しいのです。販売者が出荷費用と関税を払ってくれればこれは返品しますが、しかし全額払い戻しでこのフィギャーは当方で保管する方がいいです。
