PED, PT, CCなどの証明書は、発行すると手数料がかかりますか？
また、証明書を発行することで納期が長くなったり、逆に証明書を発行しないことで納期が短くなったりしますでしょうか？

I think there is one part in the previous questions, can you tell me about certificates? Does it cost fee to issue PED, PT, CC, etc? Will the delivery date be prolonged because of the issuance of certificates or shortened if I choose not to issue the certificates?
