アメリカから日本へ商品を「輸入」した場合は、関税がかかりますが、今回は返品であることが証明できれば関税はかかりません。ですから伝票にわかりやすいように「返品商品」と記載してください。ただし返送にＤＨＬをつかうと余分な関税がかかり、お客様の負担になりますので、おやめください。
While there are tariffs when you "import" a product from the US to Japan, there will be no tariffs if you prove that this is a return to the sender. So please write "Returning Product" on the bill clearly. But please do not use DHL as there will be extra tariffs, which you will be require to pay.
