In my opinion once the transport has been paid (28$ ~ 3000 YEN) you should mention on the invoice the amount of transport (page 3 and 4), and on the bottom of involve changing the F.O.B JAPAN to CFR LISBON (merchandise + transport) or CIP LISBON (merchandise + transport + assurance), depending the way you are sending.

The issue is in case you sent F.O.B JAPAN (page 3 and 4), I have to pay to the customs, extra taxes due the price of transport which is not mentioned on the invoice, based on a calculation that they will do after.

Sorry for taking your time, but the taxes at customs here are an huge amount of money

私の意見としては、輸送料の支払いが完了した時点(28ドルないし3000円)で、御社は輸送料の総額(3-4ページ目)をINVOICEに明記すべきであり、 底にも輸送手段に応じて日本での本船甲板渡し条件からリスボンまでの運賃込み条件(商品+輸送料) もしくはリスボンまでの輸送費保険料込へ変更の旨も同様に記載すべきです。

問題は日本での本船甲板渡し条件(3-4ページ目)で輸送した場合、後で計算したときに発生する、INVOICEに記載されていない輸送費のせいで、私が余計な関税を支払わなければいけない点です。

お時間を拝借して申し訳ありませんが、こちらの関税は金額が高いのです。
