I verified the package arrived at the Sydney EMS office on 3/23 via the Japanese Postal Service tracking website below. But, it showed the package was undelivered.
I am sorry, but are you able to go to the nearest post office and ask them when the package will be delivered by giving them the tracking number below? It seems it will take a considerable number of days to verify package delivery for foreign inquiries.
The fastest way to verify delivery would be by the person receiving the package.

I apologize that the goods aren't yet arrived and It causes trouble for you.
I have check by a tracking site of the following Japanese mail. It's arrived at 3/23 in EMS bureau in Sydney, but it's still non-delivery.
Could you please tell the following tracking number to the nearest post office where you're living and ask them when arrival will be? If we ask from from outside the country, it take some days to confirm and asking form the recipient is the fastest way.

We check the tracking site of Japan Postal Service below. The product has reached to EMS office in Sydney on 23rd of March. But it has not delivered yet.
Sorry for troubling you, but would you please call the nearest postal office and tell them the tracking number and ask them when they deliver the product?
