私達はこれが起こった原因は商品到着までにお客様とのコミュニケーションが不十分な為に不安な気持ちを与えてしまったと考えます。

行動計画:
1.私達はこれから発送状況を逐一、お客様に連絡が出来るようにシステムを取り入れていきます。
2.そして担当スタッフを雇用します。
3.発送状況に問題があれば迅速に日本郵便と調査していきます。
