危険予知トレーニングは、危険(Kiken)のK、予知(Yochi)のY、トレーニング(Training)のTをとって、KYTという。
職場の作業の中に潜む“危険要因”(労働災害や事故の原因となる可能性のある不安全行動や不安全状態)とそれが引き起こす“現象(事故の型)”探す
職場小集団で話し合い、考えを共有する(または1人で自問自答する)
危険のポイントや行動目標を決定し、それを指差し唱和したり、指差し呼称で確認する
行動する前に安全を先取りする

What is danger foreseeing training?
Danger foreseeing training is called KYT named after K as Kiken (danger), Y as Yochi (foreseeing) and T as Training.
"Danger factor" lurked in work at work place (unsafe action or unsafe condition which have possibility to be a cause of labor disaster or accident) and find "phenomenon (type of accident)" caused by it.
Discuss with a small group at a work place and share what we think (or wonder oneself alone).
Decide dangerous point or action target, point and response it and check with point naming.
Anticipate safety before acting.

Discuss and share thoughts on groups while working (or do ponder when alone).
Once the hazard point and objectives are established, do read back and confirm by using yubisashi koshō.
