人望を得る3つの基本
１．挨拶ができる
「おはよう」から始まって、「お疲れさま」「お帰りなさい。ご苦労さん」「ありがとう」など節々で挨拶をすること。しかも相手の目を見て行うこと。
２．約束をきちんと守る
部下を始め相手と約束したことは、些細なことでも必ず守ること。当たり前のことを当たり前にできるかということだ。守れない場合は、事前承諾をいただくこと。
３．明るく振る舞う
笑顔と感謝の気持ちを持って、部下や取引先と接すること。笑う門には福来る、常に笑顔が絶えない職場作りを心がけること。

1. Greet others
Starting from "Good morning", say "Have a good evening", "Welcome back. You did a fine job." and "Thank you" to others. You should also look into their eyes.
2. Keep promises
Keep any promises you made with your junior staff and other people for definite no matter if they are small. It's the matter of if you can do usual things as usual. If you can't keep them you should get their approval beforehand.
3. Be cheerful
Deal with your junior staff and business partners with smile and appreciation. Laugh and grow fat. Try making environment where everyone can keep smiling.
